Visiting Angels In-Unit Home Care
VAMS has partnered with Visiting Angels to provide support for residents who may need help wih daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, medication reminders, dog walking, and other light errands. These supportive services are meant to help keep residents safe and independent, in as little as 30 minutes a day.
Welcome Homecare In-Unit Health
Welcome Homecare is a VAMS partner that provides home health and medical service for residents recovering from serious illness, injury, surgery or who have chronic health conditions. Services include In-unit skilled nursing care and are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance.
PT Plus Physical Therapy
PT Plus offers VAMS residents access to skilled physical therapists who can help with one-on-one physical therapy. Additional services include one-on-one yoga, personal fitness training, pilates, and more physical rehab services.
